Is this right for me?
Ceramite suits small doses for espresso and filter coffee, at home and on the go. When choosing, focus on your beans, how much coffee you make and how much you want to adjust yourself.
You use whole beans and adjust the grind to your coffee maker and recipe. This works for espresso, moka pots, pour-over, filter coffee, French press and cold brew. Find the right setting by brewing, tasting and adjusting as needed.
The hopper holds up to 22 grams of beans per fill. For example, you can grind an 18–20 gram dose for Ceramax. For recipes using more coffee, grind in several batches.
These beans suit the grinder best. Very light-roasted beans are harder and can trigger the motor protection, especially with a fine espresso grind. If you mainly use those beans, another grinder is a more logical choice.
How it works
Turn the external adjustment ring and choose your grind setting. Make sure the burrs are empty before adjusting finer.
Weigh your beans and add up to 22 grams. Close the lid and make sure the grounds cup is attached.
Hold the button for one second. The motor grinds the beans and stops automatically when grinding is complete.
Remove the grounds cup and pour the ground coffee into your filter basket or coffee filter. You're ready to brew.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you can use Ceramite to grind coffee for a bottomless portafilter, for example for Ceramax. An 18-20 gram dose fits in a single fill. Adjust the grind to your beans and recipe; distribution and tamping also affect the flow. Medium to dark-roasted beans suit this grinder best.
That's how far the burrs adjust with one click of the ring. You can change the setting in small steps. It doesn't measure the size of each ground coffee particle.
No. Weigh your beans before adding them. Ceramite grinds the amount you add and stops automatically afterwards. That automatic stop doesn't determine how many grams your recipe needs.
Yes, split a larger amount across several fills. Keep each fill to a maximum of 22 grams and empty the grounds cup between fills. A grinder with a larger hopper may be more practical for larger amounts in succession.
Use the USB-C cable with a standard 5 V / 1 A or 5 V / 2 A USB charging adapter. A full charge takes around 1.5 hours, depending on the power source and remaining charge. The cable is included; the adapter is not.
The motor protection may intervene if resistance is too high. This can happen with very light-roasted beans at a fine setting, for example. A nearly empty battery can also stop the motor. Charge the grinder and check your beans and setting. If the problem keeps returning, contact us.
Switch the grinder off and disconnect the charging cable. Empty the grounds cup and use the cleaning brush to dry-brush away accessible coffee residue. Keep water out of the motor housing and charging port.
