Capsules need little preparation. With ground coffee, you choose your coffee and dose yourself. For filter coffee, you add hot water yourself. Cold brew is steeped in cold water in advance.
Our matching machines use Nespresso Original-sized capsules, not Vertuo or Dolce Gusto.
Unsure about your capsule size? Check the information on the packaging or ask us to take a look. Choose 'Show me the differences' to compare how the machines are operated.
With a 58 mm portafilter, you prepare the coffee yourself and need a suitable espresso grinder. The right grind matters with a compact machine too.
With a dripper, you pour the water yourself. With a manual press, you push the water through the coffee. For both, you heat the water separately.
Espresso needs a fine grind that can be adjusted precisely. For filter coffee, you usually grind coarser. Using a moka pot or unsure about your equipment? Ask us to take a look.
Electric grinding does the work for you. A hand grinder requires manual effort and doesn't need charging.
Start with what you want the tool to do. For parts, we also look at size and how they attach: the same diameter alone does not confirm compatibility.
Choose the task you want help with. You will get a suitable selection showing the differences and any conditions. Unsure about use or compatibility? Ask us to take a look.
You don't need to buy anything first. We start with your current brewing method.
